Description
Rozzy is a fresh, pleasant, easy-drinking, sparkling rosé wine. It is cold-fermented, made with a reductive process, with a short maceration on the skins for a few hours. Its deeper, darker than average color is determined by the higher pigment content accumulated in the berry, thanks to the granite bedrock. In addition to raspberry aromas, a vegetal, grassy character also appears in its aroma.
