Kancellár Birtok
Kancellár Birtok is one of the youngest, yet dynamically developing, wineries in the Nagy-Somló wine region, founded by Ferenc Horváth and his family in 2014. The estate now farms 20 hectares and is committed to preserving the values of the Somló terroir. The winery's wines, such as Furmint, Hárslevelű and Juhfark, combine the minerality of the volcanic soil with the advantages of modern technology. Kancellár Birtok's wines have also received international recognition, for example, they won two gold medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards with their 2019 vintage.
