Breakage and cork guarantee
Is a wine we sent you corked? Has a bottle been damaged during transit? Return it to us and we will replace it!
Do you think a wine we have delivered is corked? Return it to us and we will replace it. There should be more than 50 ml missing from the bottle and the wine must be returned to us by post or in person no later than 30 days after purchase. The cork guarantee does not apply to discounted products. The cost of return and appropriate packaging is the purchaser’s responsibility.
Did the courier break any bottles during transit? Let us know immediately, we will collect the damaged product and send a replacement. We will bear the delivery cost.
