István Ipacs Szabó, chief winemaker at the Vylyan Winery, established his own winery as a hobby, so he can experiment and fulfil himself. He cultivates mostly Cabernet Franc on his boutique estate, by hand and using organic methods. He would like to continuously develop the estate.
