Attila Geönczeöl

Attila Geönczeöl’s Winery is in Garamkövesd in the Southern Slovakian Wine Region. They are based in a press house with 3 cellar branches built in 1882. The cellar is a family business. Attila has been involved in winemaking since the 1990s. He makes his wine from fruit from his vineyards in Muzsla and Ipolyszalka. The grapes are grown organically, while the wines are produced using artisanal methods. They work with traditional methods and their cellars carved deep into loess of the Garamment provide excellent, constant temperatures.
