Their first harvest was in 1977, they have grown steadily over recent decades as opportunities arose. Initially, they had 0.3 hectares of vines and 1,000 litres of cellar capacity. Now they have 24 hectares of vines in the best Eger vineyards. The best white and red wines of good vintages are bottled under the name DON SIMON.
