Az Antonio és Francisco testvérek 1884-ben alapították és a Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges hamarosan az egyik legfontosabb Portugál borászattá vált. Ma öt kontinens több mint ötven országába exportál. Szőlőültetvényeik Portugália főbb régióiban – Douro, Vinhos Verdes, Dão – találhatóak.
