Kvaszinger Winery
László Kvaszinger is considered one of the most talented young winemakers in Tokaj. The family has Prussian origins and has always been closely connected to viticulture. The family has over five hectares of vines mostly in the Hatalos and Meszes vineyards and cultivate Furmint, Hárslevelű, Zéta and Sárgamuskotály. The winery is located at the family house in Olaszliszka, and the wines are matured in the cellar there. The 2015 Meszes Furmint, a Tokaj auction lot, was a Borkollégium wine for the 2016-2017 academic year. László Kvaszinger is a member of the Tokaj Y Generation group formed by six young winemakers, and he also makes the wines for TR Művek, i.e. the Tállay Radicals.
