Bencze Winery
The family winery was founded in 2011 on the side of the volcanic-soiled Szent György Hill. The vineyards have been cultivated organically from the very beginning, while biodynamic methods have also been used since 2014. Their wines are all spontaneously fermented, and they also use amphora as well as oak. The winery’s product range places great emphasis on showcasing old Hungarian grape varieties.
