Tamás Riczu

Tamás Riczu’s winery is located at the heart of the Villány Wine region in Siklós, in the Akasztófa vineyard. Tamás is an experienced viticulturist and winemaker who has been working in the profession for 17 years. He strengthens the young generation of winemakers, successfully blending respect for tradition and nature with the possibilities offered by modern technical winemaking in both his wines and their production. The wines have a uniquely velvety “Riczu” flavour. They are complex, concentrated and memorable wines rich in flavours and aromas. Thanks to their high extract and bright acidity, the red wines have long ageing potential, although they can also be enjoyed relatively youthful.
