Hárslevelű
The native variety of Hárslevelű is grown in the Carpathian Basin, nowadays in several Hungarian wine regions, but it is really typical to Tokaj. It is susceptible to botrytis and is also used to make Tokaj Aszú. As a dry wine, it displays full-bodied spicy, floral notes.
