Moillard
Moillard winery is headquartered in Nuits-Saint-Georges and has a history of over 150 years. The winery buys and processes grapes from the most important vineyards in Burgundy, including the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, and also has its own plantations. The characteristics of the terroir - limestone and marl soil, cool continental climate - make it ideal for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Moillard aims to preserve the classic Burgundian style, while also applying modern technology. Hand harvesting, long maturation in oak barrels, and vinification by plot are characteristic of their work. Continuous presence in international markets.
