Montium

The winery was founded in 2012, when three good friends, Krisztián Mikszati, Ferenc Ringer and Péter Csorba decided to buy their first vineyard. They have introduced strict yield restrictions in their vineyards. They work with cold settled free run juice and don’t add cultivated yeasts, relying on indigenous yeasts to start the fermentation. Their first vintage was 2013. The wines were all fermented and aged in stainless steel tank until bottling.
