The winery was established in 2012 by Róbert Gilvesy and Márton Ruppert on Szent György Hill, by renovating the Esterházy press house. They cultivate the vines and make the wine using organic methods. Their 2013 Riesling won a silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Their wines reflect Badacsonys volcanic terroir well.
