Many wine lovers know the name Dénes Szarka, although not just for his wines in the past, but as store manager of the Gusteau Élményműhely in Mád. At the same time, he has now also been a player in the wine world for several years, as he makes the wines at Pelle Winery and bottles his own excellent Furmint and Hárslevelű on his small estate in Mád. He is a modest man but has already collected many trophies for his wines. Bertalan Szarka is responsible for the viticulture, Dénes makes and looks after the wines, while Enikő Szarka, Déness wife, runs their guest house.
