Blanc de blancs cuevéjük alapja a Côte des Blancs és a Montagne de Reims terroirárokról és különböző évjáratokból származó chardonnay. R de Ruinart pezsgő alapja 40% Chardonnay 49 % Pinot noir és 11% Meunier. Finom szakaszos préseléssel nyerik ki a mustot. Az alkoholos erjedés rozsdamentes acél tartályokban történik alacsony hőmérsékleten. Rozé pezsgőjükkel először 250 éve jelentek meg a piacon.
