Bisol

Bisol Winery is a friendly family business in the heart of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Valdobbiadene, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1542. They cultivate grapes on approximately 65 hectares of their own land, including 50 hectares in the DOC and 3 hectares in the Cartizze zone, where harvesting requires more than 900 hours of work per hectare. Their main wine varieties include Prosecco (Glera), Verdiso, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc. Their annual production is around 500,000 bottles, with a strong emphasis on terroir and the unique characteristics of the vineyards, which are tended by hand. In addition to the Charmat method, the wines are also produced using classic secondary fermentation as the "Talento Metodo Classico" series.
