Description
100% carinena. Traditional winemaking characterizes the winery, natural yeasts, battonage technology, old capitals. The wine matured for 8 months in French 300 and 500 liter barrels. It shows a very strong varietal character: black berry fruits, floral notes are revealed, complemented by spicy, toasty aromas from the barrel. The sip is wide, vibrant and quite long.
