Chateau Changyu Moser

Changyu Moser XV Winery is one of the most famous and prestigious wineries in China, located in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Wine Region. The estate has about 250 hectares of vineyards, where Cabernet Sauvignon is mainly grown. The winery was established in 2015 as a joint venture between China’s Changyu Pioneer Wine Company and Austrian winemaker Lenz Moser.

The chateau-style winery is a unique blend of Western winemaking traditions and Chinese precision. Modern technology is used, but the emphasis is on terroir expression and excellent quality. Most of the wines are barrel-aged, with complex character and long aging potential.

Changyu Moser XV aims to elevate Chinese wines to an international level – their wines are exported worldwide and have won several prestigious awards. The winery’s flagship is the “Purple Air Comes From The East” Cabernet Sauvignon, which has become an emblematic item of Chinese winemaking.
