Description
Since 2006, the wine region's newest licensed grape variety has been marketed as Kabar. The variety comes from the crossing of the Hárslevelű and Bouvier grape varieties. The lime notes characteristic of the variety are delicately mixed with the unique flavor characteristic of lime honey, which together with the round acids creates a beautiful harmony in this special dry wine. As a result of the 8-month aging in new oak barrels, the vanilla aftertaste makes this wine made from 100% Kabar grape variety even more interesting.
