Golden Kaan

Golden Kaan is a winery in the Western Cape province of South Africa, known for its excellent value for money wines. The vineyards are located near the sea, on diverse soils – granite, slate and sandy loam – which allows for the cultivation of a wide range of grape varieties. The main varieties are Chenin Blanc, Pinotage, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery uses modern technology, but has also retained the traditional hand-harvesting method. The wines are fresh, well-structured and faithfully reflect the South African terroir.
