L'Hoste
L'Hoste Champagne is a traditional, family-run champagne cellar in the village of Bassuet, in the Vitryat region.
It has been operating since 1970 and currently farms 15 hectares of land. They mainly grow Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%), which are rooted in the region's famous limestone soil. The winery works sustainably from its own grapes, and their champagnes are hand-harvested and aged in bottles for a long time. The L'Hoste Brut, Extra Brut and Rosé wines also stand out for their freshness and refined structure. They export to the USA, Japan and Germany, among others. They aim to reflect the purity of the terroir and the traditions of craftsmanship in each bottle.
