Description
100 years ago, Tokaji dry wine did not exist without barrel aging. Today, premium wines are the pioneers of this tradition. This requires sufficient body and flavor, which our 40-year-old plantations provide. We believe that the most beautiful Hárslevelű can be made from the cooler andesite vineyards of the east. Here, the acids are even crisper, the aromas even more intense. To preserve this, we age in 500-liter barrels with fine lees for 6-7 months.
