Very fine and long-lasting bubbles, creamy foaming. Sharp and intense, varietal aromas, fresh, all-encompassing chardonnay character. Powerful and very noticeable aging notes. Balanced, perfectly integrated buttery and fruity finish. It is also an excellent companion for serious mushroom risotto and pasta.
