The Armani family business is a winery with origins demonstrably dating back to 1607, according to archival records. They hold estates in several regions, processing grapes in Trentino, at three locations in Veneto, and in Friuli. Their wines are consistently clean, varietally expressive, and full-bodied, yet balanced by the refined "coolness" characteristic of Friuli. While they do not use oak barrels for their white wines, they do employ a specific yeast strain—selected and cultivated from their own cellar—for fermentation.
