Description
After harvest, the grapes are dried on bamboo racks for 3-4 months, and fermentation only follows. Thanks to this technology, the wine is incredibly full-bodied and complex. It can be aged for up to 30-35 years. An ideal companion for game dishes and mature cheeses.
