Cava Palau Solà is the youngest cava produced, using traditional Penedes varieties Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada grapes are aged separately and then blended to make Palau Solà cava. The minimum ageing period for this cava is 12 months Pale yellow and bright in colour. It bubbles continuously. Pleasant, intense aroma with fruity notes. Balanced and elegant in taste, with a long aftertaste DO Cava Coupage: 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo and 25% Parellada
