Founded in 1859, Louis Jadot winery is one of the best known and perhaps most respected Burgundy estates. Under the direction of the talented, young head winemaker, Frédéric Barnier, nearly 50 types of wine are produced from 528 hectares. This amazing assortment itself presupposes a high degree of precision, not to mention the fact that the quality and elegance of each wine raises the reputation of the estate to the skies. Jadot's items can also be found on the wine lists of the best, often Michelin-starred restaurants in London, New York, Paris or Tokyo. Its motto: "no compromise on quality"
In the case of Chablis, in addition to the classic barrel fermentation, they also use steel tank fermentation, combined with racking in order to meet the requirements of today's fashionable fruity white wine.
