The winery's iconic rosé, which embodies all the elegance and freshness of the Côtes de Provence style. The color of the wine is extremely light, with peachy hues, with lychee-like reflections, and a clean and bright appearance. It already presents a sophisticated and inviting appearance in the glass. Its aroma is extremely complex and intense: the dominant notes include Corsican clementine, elderflower, ripe and exotic peach, as well as pineapple and kiwi. These fruity aromas are complemented by delicate floral tones and dried orange peel, which further enrich the aroma. When tasting, the wine starts with vibrant, fresh acids, followed by a full, concentrated and tight mouthfeel. The body and substance of the wine can be felt in the middle part, while it is characterized by an elegant, silky texture. The finish reveals delicate, noble bitterness, accompanied by a fresh, round sensation, and the long-lasting salty, mineral aftertaste makes it truly special. This slight saltiness and the freshness of the Provençal terroir almost make the taster thirsty, encouraging another sip. It is made mainly from Grenache, accompanied by the emblematic variety of the Torpez winery, Tibouren (grenache 45%, tibouren 20%, cinsault 15%, mourvèdre 10%, syrah 5%, rolle 5%).
