Description
The must, sourced from the southern part of the Wairau Valley with its diverse soils, was fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled after 3–4 months of ageing. Its aromatic profile leans toward a riper, fruit-driven style, featuring notes of lime, tropical fruits, passion fruit, guava, green herbs, green pepper, elderflower, freshly cut grass and floral nuances.
