Description
Pajados is a very nice area, with beautiful large continuous, hilly slopes. It is especially beautiful in autumn, when the October sun rays highlight the vine leaves that are resplendent in many shades. In the distance, you can see Nagy-Eged. Dűlős Bikavér, a modern idea in which we show the value of the growing area through blending. The aroma is of blackberries, blueberries, plums spiced with cinnamon, and the taste brings the fruits to life. In addition to a Kékfrankos-Kadarka base, it is completed by syrah, franc, merlot and pinot noir. We harvested it at full maturity, spontaneously fermented, and then aged in 500-liter barrels, with 15% new wood. We did not filter or clarify.
