Description
A pale onion skin colored wine, thanks to the pigments in the Pinot Gris grape skins. Its aroma is intensely fruity, revealing banana, nectarine, and melon alongside a hint of floral, pollen-like notes. The long-lasting exotic flavor is filled with Far Eastern spices, punch, and Turkish delight. A full bodied, distinctive white wine with 7 grams of natural residual sugar that may very well sweep you off your feet. We recommend it with pâtés, Asian-style ginger dishes, or orange duck. Serve slightly more chilled than usual.
