Description
Sauvignon Blanc produced on the loess, sandy, clay-washed, sedimentary soil of Látó-hegy. This variety is loved here. We pick the first half in early September, the second half in the last week of September. Naturally, it is fermented cold under reductive conditions. Light and intelligent aroma, sip and finish. Of the green fruits, gooseberry is the leading flavor.
Lilla is my wife. This is her favorite wine. She likes to go out to the vineyards with me. We often just jump out on my scooter. At the end of summer, when you can taste the harvest, these trips are even more exciting. It's good to be in the vineyards with Lilko. (that's what I call her.)
