Description
In our imagination, we are walking past a budding, yellow field of wild rezeda, at the base of which a shyly blooming violet flower is also hiding. This image is projected before us in the aroma as this promising batch arrives in our glass. We have never harvested this variety so early, but on the western slope of Szent György Hill the sun pampered the grapes with its life-giving rays so much that the honey-sweet harvest ripened earlier than expected. Preserving its aromas and acids, some of the grapes from different areas continued to ripen in barrels, while the fruitier, more fragrant juice matured in a container until it was beautiful, round, and desirable. Crisp green apples, sun-browned peach seeds, with a slight peachy, sweet-spicy overtone in the background.
