In 2023, we made a sparkling wine from Furmint and Hárslevelű, the base of which comes from the Várhegy and Sajgó vineyards. A fresh, well-structured sparkling wine with elegantly restrained floral, citrus notes and green apple in its aroma. In the sip, delicately ripe bubbles, bottle fermentation maturation notes and mineral flavors appear.
