Italian Riesling in a sophisticated version. We made this Italian Riesling from grapes of perfect ripeness, with gentle processing and fermentation in steel tanks. It is an important variety of the wine region, which produces beautiful wine in several stages of ripeness, this style is intended for the restaurant table, as it can be an excellent choice for accompanying dishes. Its crystal clear, greenish lemon color shines like a mirror. It is characterized by medium viscosity. Its restrained aroma is dominated by the mineral, salt, and fresh herbs typical of the area. Mixed with straw and the bitter almond characteristic of the variety, it has a very complex effect. When tasted, the dry sip is characterized by an almost high acidity, a light but concentrated body. In addition to the notes promised in the aroma, lemon and lemongrass also appear. With a higher than medium alcohol content and a delicate saltiness, the sip lasts a long time.
