Description
The Csóka is a real rarity. This native Csóka grape has practically disappeared in our country. Due to the uniqueness of the variety, we decided to save it and reintroduce it to our estate. In the spring of 2004, we started an interesting experiment with the Pécs Viticulture and Wine Research Institute, and we are now the proud owners of 4,000 plants! The dried cherry and cool, avarous aromas and flavors are present at the same time. The truly silky acids and the mirror-velvet-like tannins remind us of the world of Burgundy.
