Description
I recall my father's wine, the first, defining wine experience of my childhood, with this wine. Mixed grape varieties from an old, scattered plantation are harvested together, simply prepared according to ancient tradition, and the final face is given by Cabernet Franc. My younger son Vencel tasted this and remarked that it was good to drink, and then the older Vince replied thoughtfully, "Good to drink!" My three-year-old son thus instinctively formulated what we have been working for for generations. The dominant aroma is ripe fruitiness (black cherry, black currant), which is rounded off with spicy notes (cinnamon, cocoa powder) when tasting.
