Description
It comes from the wildly romantic region of southern France, where champagne production is the traditional winemaking. The wine was born to the owner's liking, as chardonnay beautifully shows the possibilities of the region. The warm summer days and cool nights, the clay-limestone soil, the altitude of the grape-growing areas and the Antech House winemaking method all contribute to the birth of a fresh, fruity wine. After hand harvesting and sorting, the grapes are transported to the processing plant in 300 kg crates, where they are immediately pneumatically pressed. Maturation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
An elegant wine with its delicately soft acidity, which is light at first, but the aftertaste is still long-lasting. Ripe flavors dominate without any "jam" notes.
