Description
It is one of the fuller rosés. Its first expression is slightly sweet, ripe red fruit; then the raspberry and cherry pair unfold. Good acids and restrained flavors, all in beautiful harmony. As it warms in the glass, it opens up nicely. This rosé does not need to be chilled, it is at its best at 12-13 degrees. It goes well with pastas, vegetable and meat stews, and is an ideal accompaniment to semi-hard, fragrant cheeses.
