MARASY Champagne is a new product in the life of the estate. The soil of the vineyard area in the embrace of the small amphitheater, the loess, the unique climate, the Furmint grape and the classic method of champagne production are a fantastic opportunity to make a fine, elegant, mineral-flavored champagne. During traditional viticulture, the Furmint variety can be harvested with a special aroma, fine, tasty, fresh acids. We harvest the grape clusters by hand, strictly selecting, only intact, healthy clusters are picked. Then, our sparkling base wine is made with quality pressing and controlled fermentation, which we mature on fine lees. The second fermentation took place in a glass bottle, when the formed carbon dioxide transformed our dry wine into sparkling wine in a fine bubble distribution. We matured the brut champagne obtained in this way for 15 months, developing the final aroma character. Brut MARIASY Champagne's elegant, clean, delicate taste and mineral character make it a special aperitif, excellent with fish dishes, perch, trout, but due to the nature of Brut, it suits almost every occasion and dish.
