Description
The wine from organic viticulture is a bright straw yellow color, which produces a thicker glycerin ring and more oily movement. Its rich and developing nose is still dominated by sweet barrel spices and roasted aromas, but behind them are ripe tropical fruits, quince and juicy summer pears. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and densely woven wine, made more exciting by noble oak aromas, creamy texture and almost fleshy structure. A full-bodied and complex green Veltliner, which indicates fruitiness from riper grapes, greater concentration and a more pronounced presence of oak aromas. In the finish, more intense aging notes, delicately salty minerality, exciting tartness, solid structure and lively fruitiness begin to blend together
