Our late-harvest wine is characterized by exceptionally high natural sugar content, beautifully balanced by its acidity, fruitiness and freshness. Its aroma is dense, showing notes of quince, apricot jam and cinnamon. On the palate, the flavours mirror the aromatic profile with honeyed, propolis-like and spicy notes, all supported by a well-structured body and the concentration provided by the residual sugar.
