Description
In recent years, Csaba Malatinszky has developed a winemaking process that was awarded the SIAL Innovation Award - the fruit of this is MAGHARI. About the method: red wine is fermented from vineyard and parcel-selected Cabernet Franc grapes, in closed conditions, in new oak barrels, for which he uses entirely manual labor. The method was registered by the French jury as Methode Malatinszky. The name comes from the ancient Hungarian tradition, the choice of which is a personal tribute to the Hungarian people. Also recommended for vegan wine lovers.
