The cabernet sauvignon grapes for PétNat were hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously in tanks, then filled into champagne bottles, where they finished the fermentation without additives, only with their natural yeasts, preserving the bubbles that were created in the process. PURPLE SUN is like the longed-for sunshine that immediately cheers you up! A clean scent, juicy, ripe berries, rich strawberry and cassis aromas burst into the mouth, accompanied by delicate bubbles.
