This variety, which has long found its true home in the Sopron wine region, is becoming increasingly popular among wine lovers. The wine made from the Steiger vineyard is the winery's lighter Veltliner, which has a bright greenish yellow hue and an extremely fresh aroma, mainly in the form of grapefruit, lime and fresh herbs. The taste is also characterized by freshness, purity and juicy citrus fruitiness, which is made even more refreshing by a crisp acidity and a very delicately small carbonation. The appearance of its lively and intense flavor was also supported by the precise reductive process and the longer maturation on fine brooms. In its finish, really good proportions, beautiful varietal character, a hint of exciting tartness and relatively long aromatics remain as a memory during tasting.
