The wine of the free Tokaj associations: botrytized Furmint from the November harvest. Elegant, crystal clear, varietal sweet wine with 137 grams of natural residual sugar, the two blessings of our wine region, the spices of volcanic soil and botrytized, and the kindness of the Zemplén and French barrels used for maturation. Golden yellow in color, elegant in appearance, sweet Tokaj, modern, crystal clear and fresh. Pear, green banana, fine acacia honey in the complex and clean aroma, then white flowers, acacia, linden and grape blossom. An extremely friendly wine with natural residual sugar and virgonc acidity. Every detail is in place: white flower notes, the sweet-sour taste of honey, the flavors of ripe, crunchy grapes. Rich, complex sip, nice sugar-acid balance, medium length, on which the mineral saltiness still twists. Clean, easy to understand, very friendly.
