Description
A real Italian Riesling from Balatonudvari. After a restrained, neutral start, the crunchy, juicy pear and the almonds from the Balaton Uplands take over, but only in such an elegant, gentlemanly way, no ostentation. Tight acids, round mouthfeel, long finish. The grapes come from strictly controlled organic farming. The crop was harvested on Les-hegy. This vineyard is located in one of the driest regions of Lake Balaton, which is also referred to as the Sahara of Lake Balaton.
This wine has a low histamine content, so even those sensitive to histamine can drink it. Histamine content: 0.027 mg/L
