Description
The steep hillsides and high plateaus of Chablis are characterized by very moderate yields. The average age of the vines here is between 15 and 25 years, but there are also plots that were planted by the current owner, Gilles' grandfather. The wine harvested here is extremely fresh and fruity, with aromas of peach, pear and citrus, perfectly complemented by the minerality so characteristic of the area.
