Description
We harvested Somló’s signature grape variety, Juhfark, from the mountain’s volcanic, mineral-rich terraces. The carefully selected bunches were pressed whole, and the must was fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in used 500-liter barrels, followed by eight months of maturation.
On the nose, white-fleshed fruits and the distinctive Somló minerality are the most prominent. The structure is lively and well-balanced, supported by bright acidity and a notably long finish.
